Playbrush is an interactive smart toothbrush that turns a boring routine into an exciting adventure. Playbrush connects via Bluetooth to smartphones & tablets, so children can play fun games with their own brushing movements. Children are incentivised to brush for long enough and all around their mouths, and receive statistics and feedback after every brush. Playbrush is available as a manual toothbrush attachment or as a sonic toothbrush.
The start-up company, based in Vienna and London, has received seven-digit investment and has a co-branding deal with consumer goods giant Unilever. Playbrush also has key trading partners like Tchibo and Rewe who are enthusiastic about the “Connected Health” trend. Playbrush has also won numerous awards like the Health Media Award in 2016 and the Gamification World Award 2015 in the “Best Technological Innovation”, with reflect the success of the young company.
Key Account Manager (m/f/x) Full-time, Vienna.
- Manage key account relationships with retail and distribution partners
- Work closely with drugstores, supermarkets and dentists to scale Playbrush as a brand
- Support partners to market the Playbrush products (POS marketing)
- Organise and attend events to market Playbrush to retail and distribution partners as well as to dentists (lead generation & sales)
- Organise contact relationship management (CRM) and sales pipelines
- Measure sales and other relevant key KPIs
- Help actively building processes
- Contribute to reaching the quarterly sales goal (new sales and recurring sales from existing accounts)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management and/or sales
- Passion and experience in building relationships and working with people
- Eager to meet leads and customers
- Enjoy work-related traveling
- Great understanding of parents and children
- CRM experience
- Digital native & fluent in describing technology to potential customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (German and English)

Junior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/x), 6 months, Vienna
- Assist in all areas of digital marketing, including but not limited to:
- performance marketing
- social media content creation
- influencer marketing
- newsletter marketing
- data analysis and reports
- SEA and SEO
- Assist with competitor research
- Provide ongoing support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements
- First hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- First experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager or other digital marketing tools
- Passion to gain experience in digital marketing
- Creative problem solver with a strong sense for analytics and an eye for quality and details
